“The Rock doesn’t stop until we lose our license, which could be soon…”
This is a kind of Glam Rock/Hard Rock album, has a cool raw 80’s sound and apparently happens to be one of the first rock/metal albums to feature so-called “idols”, while also being Megumi Hayakawa’s debut album marking the beggining of her one-year-long career at only 17 years of age. Just as Takako Mamiya, Miss Hayakawa went off the radar just as quick as she appeared on the scene.
What happened to them even? One can only assume something made them drop out from it.
With Miss Mamiya there’s compeling evidence that it was actually her intention to stay under the radar so I think it should stay that way.
Seems that Miss Hayakawa over time just dropped from the music industry entirely, wonder why, she was good.
Anyway, I hadn’t found this album in good quality around YT, so here you go.
As a side note, yes this is how it’s supposed to sound, YouTube sound compression aside, it’s a lossless rip (not mine), the mic saturation and the at times imperfect mix is just how they recorded and mastered the album. Good enough and kind of adds to the gritty mood so it’s fine.
