The original singer is Mika Katsumura, who portrayed Yuri/Time Pink.
This song reminds me of the last scene of Ep.49, where Yuri decided to go to the world of 20th century again along with the other members in 30th century.
I think the selection of the BGM for that scene is quite brilliant because the lyrics of this song describes what Yuri might be thinking of at that moment.
