The Making of the Paralympic Flag Handover Ceremony
At the closing ceremony of the 2016 Paralympic Summer Games in Rio de Janeiro, the official handover of the Paralympic flag took place, with the mayor of Rio de Janeiro handing over the flag to the governor of Tokyo, the host city of the next Summer Paralympic Games in 2020. The flag handover was followed by an eight-minute show, in which Tokyo, the capital of Japan, was introduced to the rest of the world. This is a video about the making of this project.
