80年代の学校ではこれは当たり前だった。よく素手や細い竹の棒で殴られた。教師は高い存在であり、怖いし絶対に逆らえなかった。女子であっても口答えする奴は容赦なく顔面を張られていた。女の教員ですら平手打ちしてくる奴はゴロゴロいたぞ。そしてそれをおかしいと言う親も居なかったのだ。今ではちょっとでも手をあげれば暴力だ何だと騒ぎ立てるが、揚げ足を取って、自分に都合の良い権利ばかり主張しているだけにしか見えない。それだけでは真の精神力は身に付かない。社会の少しの理不尽にも耐えられない所以であった。今の教育では一体どこで序列の大切さや我慢や忍耐を養うのか教えて欲しいものだ。
余談だが、あのプロ野球の清原ですら練習中に顔面パンチを食らって八重歯が唇を貫通したくらいだ。しかし厳しい訓練を経て大スターになった。
