2016年から愛知県にて弾き語りで活動をスタート。2018年に開催された日本コロムビア主催「半熟オーディション supported by Eggs」でグランプリを獲得。
2019年5月に自身初の全国流通盤である1st Mini Album『角部屋シティ』をリリース。
2020 年9月には2nd ミニアルバム『She is Feelin’ Good』をリリースし、活動の幅を全国に広げた。
2021年10月にはTVアニメ『真の仲間じゃないと勇者のパーティーを追い出されたので、辺境でスローライフすることにしました』のオープニングテーマに「息を吸う ここで吸う 生きてく」が起用された。
2021年11月には3rdミニアルバム『うつくしい日々』をリリースした。
