モデルで女優の本田翼さんが9月14日、東京ドームシティ（東京都文京区）で行われた人気作「鋼の錬金術師」の展示会「鋼の錬金術師展」のオープニングセレモニーに、本郷奏多さん、土田晃之さんと出席した。
12月1日公開の実写映画「鋼の錬金術師」（曽利文彦監督）でヒロインのウィンリィを演じる本田さんは、「内覧をして（入場時の）チケットを交換するところからワクワクする。入ってから驚きの連続で、興奮しっぱなし」とコメント。同展のスペシャルサポーターを務める土田さんは、本郷さんと本田さんの2人を指して「かなりすごいファン。（内覧中に）収録していたのに、原画を見ながらキャッキャキャッキャ言っていた」と明かした。
「鋼の錬金術師」は、2001～10年に「月刊少年ガンガン」（スクウェア・エニックス）で連載された荒川弘さんの人気マンガ。「鋼の錬金術師展」は、映画の公開を記念し、荒川さんのイラストや原画、アニメのカットなど約200点が展示される。同所のGallery AaMo（ギャラリー アーモ）で16日～10月29日開催。入場料は一般1500円。アニメでエルリック兄弟を演じた声優の朴ロ美さんと釘宮理恵さんの音声ガイド（600円）も用意される。

Tsubasa Honda and Hongo Kanata, Enthusiastic with “Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Ten”! Remarkable speech
Actor and model Tsubasa Honda attended the opening ceremony of Exhibition Alchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi) “Hagane no Renkinjutsushi Ten” at Tokyo Dome City (Bunkyo – ku, Tokyo) on September 14th with Hongo Kanata and Teruyuki Tsuchida.
Tsubasa Honda – acted Winry – the main character in live action “Alchemist” (directed by Sori Fumihiko) commented “When watching the preview, I was excited from the ticket exchange (at the ticket gate). After coming in, I was constantly excited because of the movie took me away with many constant surprises”.
Tsuchida, who sponsored the exhibition, pointed to Hongo and Honda and revealed, “They are pretty loyal fans. While watching the original video, they kept giggling”.
