Like I was wondering why it was suddenly so much fan-service (and I like Yaoi so I was like hmm yeees) as that did not feel like fruits basket, so I am like why is it so much Boy love suddenly and akito buttocks etc,
and then suddenly BOOOOBIES !?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
First of I feel like I been lied to for years, here I thought I was watching anime with so much yaoi undertones and how Kureno just explained to tohru how he had done it with akito (me still imaging sexy yaoi) and then…ITS A WOMEN god dammit anime.
Anyway, this changes so much do, like for season 2 Akito was portrayed severally as a women hating man, full on Misogynist, who would easily kill Rin for w.e reason.
NOW that makes A LOT MORE SENSE as of course all the boys is her harem toys right, and here comes rin and sleeps with 1 of her suitors.
Same with Shigure, all this talk about bonding, chains and the general heratige of family with magical powers.
PREGNECY OF COURSE !!! I think that Shigure and likely all the other males (excluding Kureno as he is actually free) has a natural is drive to want to impregnate the empress. Right to carry on the magical family powers so to speak, and the ultimate bonding of 2 would be to create a new empress child. Shigure wans to remove Kureno as his dream is goal is to be man that could make the empress bear with child, the ultimate bonding.
Furthermore, I wanna guess that more bonds will be broken which of course will make Akito go more and more crazy. However when the last bond is breaking, the whole curse is lifted everyone are just humans etc, BUT Akito is actually sane. When everything is gone she will just be a normal person and dont have all the mental issues.
ENTERS SHIGURE – that is actually in love with Akito and not just becasue of the curse and marries her anyway, this gives Akito and Shigure a happy ending as well in the end of the story.
And poor Kureno, just leave boy and be with the true best girl Uo !!!
