女優の川口春奈さんが主演を務める「Amazonプライム・ビデオ」で配信されるオリジナルドラマ「しろときいろ ～ハワイと私のパンケーキ物語～」の予告編が16日、公開された。また、4人組バンド「スピッツ」が2004年に発売したシングル「スターゲイザー」が、ドラマ主題歌となることも発表された。
動画は、川口さんが演じる女子大生・澤野夏海が「初めてやりたいこと見つけたー！」と海に向かって叫ぶシーンから始まり、人気パンケーキ店の「エッグスンシングス」を継ぐために奮闘する姿が描かれている。川口さんがハワイの街を駆け抜け、ハワイの海に飛び込むシーンなども収められている。
ドラマは、日本でのパンケーキブームの火付け役でもある超人気パンケーキ店の日本進出を成功させた女子大生の夏海と、夏海を支えた家族と仲間たちの実話を基に実写化。夏海に思いを寄せる幼ななじみの涼介を俳優の横浜流星さんが演じるほか、吉川愛さん、織田梨沙さん、薬丸翔さん、中村アンさん、吉沢悠さん、マイコさん、時任三郎さん、財前直見さんも出演する。
映画「犬と私の10の約束」「超高速！参勤交代」などの本木克英さんが総監督、NHKの連続テレビ小説「ひよっこ」、「最後から二番目の恋」などの岡田惠和さんが脚本総監修を務める。ドラマは、2月28日にAmazonプライム・ビデオで配信スタート。1話あたりの配信時間は約15分で、全25話。
